Player Insurance

As part of your membership package to play hockey for K Sports Hockey Club, and as part of our Club Insurance, linked to our affiliation to England Hockey, you are entitled to personal player insurance that will provide some cover should you be injured etc.

If you require more details or wish to discuss what is covered, please contact the Club Treasurer or Chairperson for more details. They will then be able to provide you with covering letters and details of whom to contact should you need to make a claim.
