Please accept this message as formal notification and invite to the KSHC Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Friday 25th April 2025, starting at 19:00.

The meeting will be in person, with a back up for remote attendance. The venue is currently TBC and will be advised in due course.

The agenda for the meeting, meeting minutes from last season, reports that won't be read at the meeting, and the EGM minutes from April 2025 will be circulated separately for your review, no later than 14 days in advance.

We will be looking for several new officers and to fill current vacancies for the 2025/26 season as current officers stand down. The nominations and vacancies will be sent separately, but no later than 14 days in advance of the meeting.

Please can you confirm your attendance by accepting the event on Pitchero. This will allow us to ensure we have enough seats and space set out for everyone attending this important, once a year meeting.
